Doug Miller is the newly appointed Inditex/ITGLWF Professor of Ethical Fashion at the University of Northumbria, Newcastle upon Tyne. Between 2000 and 2008 he was head of the multinationals department of the Brussels based International Textile, Garment and Leather Workers Federation (ITGLWF), where he was responsible for research and development in the Global Union on corporate social responsibility issues. Doug's new role at UNN is to develop research and teaching in this new academic area.
