Miriam Saltmarshe is a qualified nutritional therapist (BSc, BANT) who works directly with a number of high profile model agencies to inform their models about the importance of healthy eating and to support the models health and well-being.

Miriam will be available to models appearing on the RE:Fashion catwalk on the night of the Awards to offer helpful nutritional and dietary advice.

Miriam works closely with the Magic Breakfast, a charity that delivers breakfast food and nutritional education to UK primary school children most at risk of malnourishment. She was also the nutritional consultant at 'The Model Sanctuary', during London Fashion Week, Sept 07, which was organised by supermodel Erin O'Connor, which aimed to provide models working on London's catwalks with a safe haven to rest and relax between their schedule of shows.
